It's December 31, 2023 (for most of the western world at least).
It has been a privilege contributing with you this year. I began editing on the Titanic.wikia at the end of 2022 and have had a great time so far, making this a more interesting place for all Titanic-fans and those who are just getting to know this wonderful ship. Seeing how much the Fandom has grown from below 900 to over 1600 pages, is fantastic and it delights me. Of course there's still much to do, so I want to say to all of you who helped realise this: well done, keep going like this. I appreciate everyone's hard work, correcting, creating and gathering new information surrounding this ever fascinating ship and livening it up with the most beautiful illustrations.
We are still without an administrator as the last one of them quit somewhere in March, but we have managed this website very well on our own and kept it growing while improving all the articles that already existed.
Occasionally we've had to deal with a few annoying vandals but not excessively, luckily and we could restore the damage they did. Our Fandom is interesting, beautiful and very unique. I look much forward to more great content.
I wish you all a blessed and healthy 2024 and a great evening and night when you all sail into this next year. Stay safe in regards to the fireworks. We know that rockets played a vital role in the Titanic disaster, so i more than happilly launch a few myself to celebrate the end of a great year and to expect a new one, as well as keeping the memory of the 2209 people on the ship, those who lost their lives and those who picked it up after a traumatic event.
I hope to see more people making this page greater and more complete than it has been so far.
Kind regards and hope to see many of you return in the next period.
