Employees of Harland and Wolff who were ordered to join on the Titanic. They were also known as the Garantuee Group, led by Thomas Andrews, to oversee all of Titanic's functions and design, making sure that all was running accordingly, that there were as little teething problems as possible, whilst working out if improvements were needed.
