Servants

The personal staff consisting of valets, butlers, child nurses, nannies, nursemaids and (personal) maids of the First Class passengers. Some of them would cater to the needs of the adults, others were employed to look after the children. In general they just took care of everything the family wanted. A couple of them were also just a bit of company for a lonely lady who had no one else to travel with.

Only the people in First Class had them. Usually they traveled along with with their employer on the same tickets, some of them also had their own cabin. A few of them were given a seperate ticket for a cabin in Second Class however.
