Mr. Chang Chip was a Third Class passenger of the Titanic.

Chang Chip was born in the year 1880 in British Hong Kong, the exact date being unknown. Later in his life he got a job with the Donald's Line as a fireman. He was seemingly on a business trip on the Titanic's Maiden Voyage, which he survived and made it to New York.
Chang was one of the people who didn't want to stay in New York after the sinking, so he boarded the Donald Line's Ship SS Annetta on the 20th April 1912, bound for Cuba. From there he must have continued on back to the United Kingdom, as his death was registered (under the name Chong) in December of 1914, the cause being cited as pneumonia.
