Dirk and Kirk are two of the main characters in the animated Titanic movie, Titanic: The Legend Goes On, and two of secondary antagonists, voiced by Doug Meakin and Clive Riche.
Biography[]
Dirk and Kirk are bumbling brothers, and Corynthia's nephews, and henchmen. Despite being her nephews and henchmen, Dirk, and Kirk hate Corynthia and her pet chihuahua, Tiger. Kirk and Dirk met Winnie and Flopsy in the corridor and decide to steal her jewelry, not knowing that it's fake. However, Flopsy read their intentions and began foiling all their attempts to do it. Kirk and Dirk manage to get into Winnie's room. However, when Corynthia and Tiger enter it after them, they mistake them for Winnie and Flopsy and attack them, before running off. In a corridor they see Sam behind a corner and run from him. A mad and battered Corynthia with an even more battered and just plain shocked Tiger then exits Winnie's room and goes after them, walking past Angelica, with Tiger beggingly looking at her. Dirk attended the ball with Kirk, Corynthia, and Tiger. During the ball, he tried to rob Winnie again, but was again foiled by Flopsy, who bit his hand, causing him to turn over the table, and Kirk to accidently sit on Tiger, who screamed in pain, causing Corynthia to lash out at them again. Later, after numerous failed attempts, Kirk and Dirk finally managed to rob Winnie, and left the ball with Corynthia and Tiger, walking past Sam on the way, with Corynthia using a feather in her hat to make him sneeze, Tiger looking at him with utter contempt and disdain, and Dirk and Kirk mocking his sneeze. They returned to their room without Tiger, and Kirk and Dirk gave Corynthia Winnie's jewelry. After looking at it, she exclaimed that it's fake.
When Titanic hit iceberg, several of it's pieces broke off, and fell into their room though a window, startling them. They looked through it and saw iceberg right behind it. When ship began sinking and passengers began evacuating, Kirk and Dirk went on the deck, while Corynthia searched for Tiger. Later, Corynthia arrived on the deck too and was shocked to see Kirk and Dirk there. They walked over her and managed to get in one of the boats, along with her, Rhoda Wonderplank, Rob, and Barbara. Later, while row away from the ship, Corynthia tried to rob Rhoda and Kirk and Dirk made silly faces at the latter in an attempt to distract Barbara. However, this only resulted in Corynthia's hand being hurt and Dirk and Kirk laughed at her. While Corynthia, and Tiger were eventually apprehended, caught, and sent to prison by Sam, Dirk, and Kirk somehow escaped this. Soon after, Dirk married Hortense Pickering, while Kirk married Bernice Pickering.
