He first appeared being fed by Lizzy at their house, when Tracy announced on the television that treasure hunter Brock Lovett has found a drawing of a lady wearing the Heart of the Ocean on the Titanic, after being underwater for 84 years.
Accompany Rose to Keldysh[]

Rose took him, Lizzy and her pet fish to accompany her to Keldysh to meet Brock Lovett. Rose tucked her Pomeranian in her coat.
Freddy's last appearance was when Brock Lovett and Lewis Bodine visited Rose in their cabin, he was seen sitting next to Rose.

- James Cameron purposely gave old Rose this breed of dog because a Pomeranian named "Bebe", owned by Margaret Hays, was one of the only three dogs known to have survived the sinking of the Titanic.
