Ken showing one of his masterpieces

Ken Marschall (October 28th, 1950) is an American painter and illustrator famous for his paintings of famous doomed ocean liners, such as the RMS Lusitania, RMS Titanic and HMHS Britannic, and many other things.

His illustrations have been used in many books about the Titanic, most notably his depictions of the sinking as there are no photographs. He has also helped to make many documentaries about the Titanic, including James Cameron's Ghosts of the Abyss (in which he also portrays J. Bruce Ismay), as well as a consultant to Cameron's 1997 film and the two-part television specials The Legend Lives On and Death of a Dream. He and historian Don Lynch also were optional commentators to be selected on the 1997 movie as a bonus for the historical review of the movie. This was available for the Deluxe Edition of the DVD.
