Lulu Foley is Alden and Hazel Foley's shy granddaughter in the 1996 Miniseries Titanic. She traveled aboard the Titanic as a first class passenger. She was portrayed by Molly Parker.

Lulu first appeared on the day of Titanic's departure at Southampton, when Hazel Foley introduced Lulu to Isabella Paradine and said that Lulu and Pomeranian Charlie would accompany her. They approached the Widener's after introducing Margaret Brown, Ida and Isidor Straus, Benjamin Guggenheim and Léontine Aubart to Isabella.

At dinner, Lulu and her grandmother criticized Madeleine Astor. Lulu didn't say anything and only listened to the words of the people at her table until Wynn Park asked her to dance, but Wynn did this to make Isabella jealous.

When she saw that Isabella had fallen in love with Wynn Park again, as she is a married lady. Lulu got jealous and told her grandmother that Wynn had danced with her, but Hazel Foley convinced her to just ignore them.

As the Titanic sank, the entire Foleys family entered the first lifeboat launched, Lifeboat 7. Lulu was terrified of getting into the lifeboat at first, but was convinced by her grandmother that if they wanted to survive, they had to get into a lifeboat.

When they were rescued on board the RMS Carpathia, Hazel Foley complained to a steward and told him to record her lost belongings with the Titanic, and was immediately approached by Isabella Paradine who was surprised that Charlie and Alden Foley survived. Lulu just stared at Isabella then immediately leave her.
