Mary Agatha Glynn (4 August 1893 - 26 February 1955) was a Third Class passenger of the Titanic. She escaped the sinking in Lifeboat 13.

She boarded the Titanic at Queenstown as a Third Class passenger (ticket number 335677, cost £7, 15s). She shared a cabin with three Co Cavan girls, Mary McGovern, Julia Smyth and Catherine Connolly.

On the night of the sinking, she and her cabin mates felt the sensation of the ship striking something. Enquiring from passing crewman as to if they were any danger, they were reported ridiculed for their anxiety and were told to return to their cabin but shortly they were told otherwise to left their cabin and went to the Third Class Common Room. However, she and her friends got lost and knelt in prayer, a man that she identified as Martin Gallagher found them and led them to the boat deck through the second class area. She and her three friends were rescued in Lifeboat 13. She claimed that she also heard that the orchestra played Nearer My God to Thee.

Mary Agatha Glynn was portrayed by Rynagh O'Grady in S.O.S. Titanic. She first appeared on the day of Titanic's departure in Queenstown, where she and Bridget Bradley met Kate Gilnagh and Kate Mullins, her cabin mates. Kate was confused about which Mary Agatha and Bridget Bradley were.

The girls then met several men who also came from Ireland, namely James Farrell, David Charters, Martin Gallagher, and Daniel Buckley. They also later became acquainted with Irish Beauty.

When the Titanic sank, they were led by Farrell to sneak up onto the boat deck, where they ended up getting lost in the First Class Dining Saloon. They were stopped by Master at-arms Thomas King because they were accused of stealing something. Farrell dismissed the accusations, saying they were just looking for their way to the boat deck and pleading to King: "For God's sake, mister, let the women through at least!".

The girls parted ways with the brave men and found their way to Collapsible D. Mary and Bridget were surprised to see Daniel Buckley sneaking and hiding at the bottom of the lifeboat. Bridget immediately threw Daniel a scarf to cover himself so he wouldn't be caught.

The girls all survived, while Martin, Farrell, and David died in the sinking of the Titanic. Onboard the Carpathia, Mary and the others try to cheer up Irish Beauty who has lost her lover, Martin Gallagher.
