Maxie is one of the main characters in the animated Titanic movie, Titanic: The Legend Goes On, voiced by Caroline Yung.
Biography[]
Maxie is a young Yiddish mouse, who went on Titanic with his parents to get a new life in America and met and befriended Angelica on pier. However, on the ship he, his parents and other mice met menace in the face of two animal-predators, outcasts, friends, and partners, Gertrude's cat, Geoffrey, and Corynthia's Chihuahua, Tiger, as Geoffrey wanted to eat them and Tiger helped him. The two constantly attacked, chased and hunted Maxie, his parents and other mice around the ship, but themselves were attacked and chased by animals' leader and protector, big black terrier, Fritz. In the cargo hold, Maxie met his parents and told them about how Angelica wants to attend the ball, but has nothing to wear. Geoffrey and Tiger then come and attack them. Geoffrey catches Maxie, but Fritz saves them, and chases Geoffrey, and Tiger away. Maxie thanked him for saving him, saying “If it hadn’t been for you, I would be now in someone else’s digestion.” Fritz introduced himself to him, gently scolded him, said that he shouldn’t wander off without consulting him as he's in charge, and started singing, "Party Time".
He helped in returning Angelica's locket to her from Molly.
When Gertrude, Bernice and Hortense confront Angelica and William, Maxie scares them off.
