The Officer's Mess is further aft on the Boat Deck. This room attached to the deck-house for the 3rd funnel. This room was connected to a pantry off to the side and a electric dumbwaiter was installed in the pantry. The dumbwaiter was used to transport food from the First & Second Class Galley and bring it to the Restaurant pantry and the Officer's mess pantry.
