Perry Jack is a fictional character in the 1996 Miniseries Titanic. He was one of the 4 children of Black Billy Jack and Clarinda Jack. He traveled on the Titanic with his family and Aase Ludvigsen as a Third Class passenger. He was portrayed by Lachlan Murdoch.
Role in the film[]
He first appeared with his family on the day of departure, looking for their cabin. Simon Doonan refered to the children as the "Little Jacks".
During the Third Class party, he danced with his sister, Ophelia Jack and his 2 younger siblings. Until finally they asked Jamie Perse to join them.
When the Titanic sank, his father put a life jacket on him and took them to the boat deck with Jamie Perse. But when they reached the third class main gate, only Jamie and Aase were allowed out. Forcing him and his family to stay locked behind the gates, Jamie promises to find a way to get them out.
While Jamie never returned because he fell into the lifeboat, his father and the Irish Bunkmate were forced to break down the gate and rush to the Boat Deck.

—Perry Jack and Ophelia Jack |
When they reached the deck of the boat, there were no more lifeboats left. Perry asked his father; "Papa, where's our boat?", His father was silent and could not say anything. His mother and father, knowing they were all going to die, told him and his siblings to sit on one of the benches to keep them warm. Perry pointed to the sky, said that there were a lot of stars, Ophelia replied that there must be millions of it. They also recited the Lord's prayer just before Titanic's final moments began, and the six of them died together.
