@ Aduritethatonedude - Passengers were priorty, not the employees. Also this cabin, along with A-37, were built fairly late in the construction of the ship. Both this cabin, and the aforementioned cabin, were generally used for the passengers that were on-board for a short trip - example, Father Brown, who took photos of the Titanic and are sold in a photobook.
