They were the singer, Molly's pets, until she died during the sinking of the Titanic, after that they were adopted by Angelica and William.
Plot[]
The two Dalmatians helped out the other animals on the ship with finding Angelica's locket with the picture of her real mother inside it. They distracted Molly while the other animals get the locket and bring it back to Angelica.
When the Titanic was sinking after hitting the iceberg they were in lifeboat crying as the ship goes under. The two Dalmatians become Angelica and William's dogs at the end of the film.

The Dalmatians are actually based of Pongo and Perdita from 101 Dalmatians. They have red and blue collars, they love each other and they have puppies at the end of the film. They are part of all the animal characters in this Titanic film.
