Unnamed Little Boy is a fictional character in A Night to Remember (1958). It was presummed that he was traveling on the Titanic with his mother as a third class passenger. He was portrayed by John Martin.

Role in the film

The unnamed little boy got lost

He first appeared when the passengers were really panicking when all the lifeboats had been launched. He somehow managed to get out of the second class entrance, and it is unknown how he got separated from his mother. His mother was already saved on Lifeboat 12 and was crying over the loss of her son. The little boy was screaming calling for his mother, until finally he was found by the Dining Saloon Steward, who offered to take him and find his mother.

Failing to find his mother, the two of them ran towards the stern as the Titanic began to sink rapidly. Until at last the water began to reach the stern, and the passengers began to pray, the Dining Saloon Steward assured him that they will soon find his mother. Both he and the Dining Saloon Steward drowned with the Titanic.

• It seems that this little boy inspired the character Cal's Crying Girl in the 1997 film Titanic, as she was also separated from his family and found by Cal.
